I have a Sylvania 7inch tablet it froze then was reset now turns on but only to the sylvania load screen and stays what do i have to do to fix it

With its power off, if you hold down the volume down button and press the power button for two seconds and then release it, but continue holding down the volume down button... do you get a recovery menu?

im serious i did hold all the buttons and its said for afactory reset hit the right buttons then it says image recovery not found try sd card

Ok, since you already have 2.2 on it, it makes this more difficult, but I am still looking for new firmware you can flash without permanently damaging the tablet.
