Customer: we have put a new 65 AMP alternator on
JA: Anything else you want the agriculture mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: we have two lose wires atm and the battery is not chargeing we had it chargeing but then it stoped i need the wireing diorgram or to n know where the two wires should go

See the link above. The sense wire has to have voltage to it when the key is on, to excite the alternator.

Alternator will not start to charge until it has been excited! Phone call is extra charge, and I don't think we need it, But if you want call, you have to initiate it.
