Good morning sorry for delay

You will have a cab jack either manual or air operated,

locations can very from behind cab to under step on passenger side

move lever to one side and pump up, to lower some are gravity and some are pump down also easy to figure out once you find pump

also note some trucks have a safety lever that you have to pull out once you start going up, if you have one you will notice cab starts to raise then stop, if this happens look for a separate release lever that you need to pull while jacking, this lever would be by rear cab support

click here for picture of cab pump

Note: when lowering cab make sure shifter tube is aligned as you lower, there is a notch and fork tab that needs to line up to lock shifter tubes back in place

any questions let me know
