How old is the battery? Do you have a voltmeter to check the actual battery voltage available?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I don't but battery is less than 1 year and has plenty of juice to turn starter at normal speed. The tractor started losing power recently when I turned on lights.

The lights on dash going away, and no power to glow plugs and fuel pump is consistent with low battery voltage to the dash. That is way testing with voltmeter is best. With digital volt meter less than $10 at retail or auto supply , it is tool that needs to be available!
