speedy my name is ***** ***** combine are you attaching to this head? what kind of hydraulic connections does it use?

Expert:  John Oliver replied 8 months ago.

is the head stuck in rigid or flex?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The combine is s670 and stuck in rigid
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
the hydraulic connection is the one that came with the combine and header
Expert:  John Oliver replied 8 months ago.

need serial # of header and combine then

Expert:  John Oliver replied 8 months ago.

have you calibrated the head to the combine?

Expert:  John Oliver replied 8 months ago.

so with this header it must be calibrated to the combine. pressure adjust will not happen until the separator and header are engaged. do you show a pressure reading on the armrest display?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Serial # for header is 745898, combine is 746064. Pressure doesn't release even when engaged
Customer: replied 7 months ago.

do you show a pressure reading on the display????

Expert:  John Oliver replied 7 months ago.

I need as much info as you can provide me as to what you have tried and what your working with. are there any codes? have you checked for codes? have you consulted the operators manual to be absolutely sure that your are pushing the correct buttons in the correct sequence that needs to happen? do other header hydraulic fuctions operate correctly? when you try to relax the bar can you see the lines flex or the engine labor? when you calibrated did the EOC message display and the header height indicator match the bar graph?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
The pressure is high. About 3780psi
Expert:  John Oliver replied 7 months ago.
