Make and model? Have you checked to see if it is in a bind? Tapping with hammer won't let it release?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
John deere 4310. Yes I have tapped it with hammer. doesn't appear to be in a bind

This is the front end loader, and you are trying to remove it from the tractor? What is the loader model, it is not shown with the tractor?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.

like the link above? You pull the lever and it is supposed to move the latch backwards and release?? How long has it been on? May just be tight from rust where it has been attached. Bigger hammer or big bar to get it to move.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
that is the one. it's been on for about a month. it doesn't look like it would have a problem moving but it certainly won't budge.

The hand lever is unlatching at top? If you go direct to the bottom, you can't move the latch?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
no. I have tried that.
