575 NH baler. Bale strings are loose....but bales are well packed, just no tied tight.

typically this issue is caused because the hay dogs aren't doing there job. check the hay dogs on both the top and bottom of the bale chamber. be sure that the springs that make them return are in place. I believe that the strings are loose because the hay is bouncing back and stretching out the string length on you.
