John deere GX 345 forward and reverse pedals are locked up.... neither will depress.... when I checked water in tadiator was low, oil was low and transmission fluid was low..... all are filled now

The transmission drive belt from engine to the transmission top pulley is not turning . Belt is broken r off a pulley. Look at the top pulley on the transmission, with engine running, viewed from under the fender to see if the pulley is moving. Pedals are hard to push because the transmission is not making any pressure.
