My G4010 New Holland zero turn mower doesn't seem to have power going to the one drive wheel in the back so I cannot steer properly?

Have you checked the linkage from the hand control to the side that is not working? If the linkage is moving the drive lever, the hydrostat transmission can be bad, assuming that it has not been put in freewheel!

checked the linkage. Same as other side but just doesn't seem to engage

If the lever is moving, and the freewheel lever is not pulled, you have internal transmission problems.
