my kabota t1570 lawnmower, was parked in the fall. Went to start it, and will not roll over. new battery,posts clean. only heat a solenoid click,when I try to start it.

I would try jumping power on you starter solenoid see if it turns over.

hooked my charger to solenoid, and ground, 50 amp charge, and nothing

I would start by replacing the starter

just jumped the solenoid,and it engaged,but did not engage the ring gear.

Yes still sounds like you starter is bad your bendix inside your starter is not pushing the gear out to engage the ring gear on the fly wheel

well, why will it not do that when I try the ignition key?
