have changed the hyd oil , filter , cleaned screen on jd 5203- started the tractor with all hydraulic use results in jerking until the oil warms up. the local tech said it would soon clear up---that was 10-15 hrs ago. the system worked fine before the oil change. the tractor has 500+ hrs. any suggestions? thanks.

See the link above. Check the hoses and fittings on the suction tube from the filter up to the pump suction port. And double check the filter. This is the only place the hydraulics can suck air. What strainer did you clean? In the transmission?

It would only cause an oil leak if the o'ring was damaged!
