Customer Question

Worked my CT45 hard flailing, took a two hour break and then the tractor won't crank or restart. Battery is new, and in neutral. Tried moving the forward/reverse lever back and forth with no success. Third time this has happened.

Do you get any indication at the switch has voltage? Glow plugs light up? Fuel shutoff click when key is turned on? Do you have a voltmeter to test voltages?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Glow plugs light, I do get the click when I turn the key. No voltmeter

Is click when key is turned on? But no click from the starter solenoid? You need a volt/ohmmeter to test the safety switches! A digital voltmeter, $10 or less that auto or retail store.
