3020 John Deere steering turn to right fine, turning back to left stops at center point, feels like its hitting iron, won`t go any further.

If bleeding the valve does not let it turn further, and seems to bottom out, the steering motor , that turns the front axle needs to be checked. Have you looked at the bolts that hold it to the front axle? See the above link. Either the lower bolts are loose / broken, or the motor itself has internal probems with the gears.

Here is the lower setup, and even with the wide front end, you have the four bolts that hold the shaft.

The steering motor is a rack and pinion and the pinion gear can be damaged.
