When I try to turn my tractor over, all the power goes out.

When I try to turn my tractor over, all the power goes out. Put in 2 new batteries, same problem. I unhook the negative to reboot it but I turn the key, everything goes dead. Can you help me out?

OK, 1st thing you need to do is get a volt meter

and check voltage at the battery and the starter Battery terminal

before and during cranking , let me know the voltage
