seems like brakes are will tight and constantly applying pressure.

You have brake bleeder at top of each rear axle, see if there is pressure on the brake lines. If there is , the brake valve is holding pressure on the brakes, and can be as simple as cleaning the brake linkage and valve so it returns to neutral.
