2010 Deere 997 yanmar diesel. After running and getting warm

2010 John Deere 997 yanmar diesel. After running and getting warm not hot engine dies. It will restart. I have changes fuel, filter and cleaned water separator. Check all fluid levels. Is this electrical? Sensor?

I will help you with this

very common on Yanmars for the coolant temp switch

to fail, it is located in the top of the head , or near the thermostat housing

remove the wire from it and see if it still does it
