I installed a westendorf front end loader on a b2100hsd and now the 3 point will not do anything. everything works as expected and when the loader is raised and lowered the oil level changes in the transmission.

Are you using the original pump? How do you have the loader supply plumbed to the tractor? Are you using the remote hydraulics or a separate supply port? When a loader is installed, it will use the oil from the transmission, so it is normal to overfill the system by about a gallon to compensate for the loader cylinders.
