Customer Question

yes i am terry. i just have some questions about 1972 john deere 4320. i am looking for used john deere tractor 4320 or 4020 model. i just want to know what i need to be aware of those models before buying one.. will be using hay equipment like haybine, roundbaler.. Might want to have front end loader. If i understand correctly that hydraulic is not independently. when engaging clutch, hydraulic pump will stop. would you be concern when using frontend loader or haybine or roundbaler. all those equipment using hydraulic. Please let me know. Thanks.

Hydraulic pump is independent! It is driven off the front of the engine crankshaft. Hydraulics will not cut out when you disengage the clutch! Your concerns are unfounded! Either of the tractors will work with hay equipment or front end loader. A 4WD unit works best with loader.
