Hi
The heater and injectors are separate wires
can you see the solenoid on the injection pump move
for heater you can do a Temp, jump, with a # ***** gauge wire to preheat
and solenoid you can wire it open
another words push plunger in
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There is no plunger on this engine I can see
Expert:  Wayne replied 1 year ago.
Thank you for that
OK, the it s electronic engine,
works off pulse, from the ECM (computer )
forget about the heater grid for now,
will it start if you spray starting fluid in the air intake
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no it will not
Expert:  Wayne replied 1 year ago.
Thank you for that
if it is not starting on starting fluid,
you have other problem
remove the valve cover and make sure all the valves are working
up and down
did this just happen all of a sudden
or has it been sitting awhile
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It has been sitting for winter
Expert:  Wayne replied 1 year ago.
Thank you for that
AHHHHH, that is the problem,
you have rings stuck in the pistons,
only way to free them up ,is to put
diesel fuel in the injector holes
let sit and crank it few times, and do it again
may have to do this several times
