I was unable to print your list of color codes large enough to read. Do you have suggestions? Also my wires were spliced losing color codes and need to know which connections on the back of instrument cluster match what position? THis may be something that you can't answer (?)

Did you click on the picture to enlarge it? The picture is dull and is not sharp, but I can read the caption.?
Yes sir I did click on enlargement but it still was too small to comfortably look at. Your diagram of electrical system helpful but still not sure I have enough info. What I need is better description of plugs on back of instrument panel however these may not be available ?
could you send a larger color code list and assure me this is in fact coded for the diesel version of the 87 3910?

Use you tool bar to zoom the picture larger. To determine the plugs on the back, look at the front of the panel. You can eliminate the oil light, the fuel gage , oil pressure light, and the temperature gage, that makes all the rest bulbs to illuminate the pane.
