Hello I have a 1984 Case 2394 two wheel drive tractor with a 24 speed transmission. This tractor is new to me and this is my first experience with it. Today after a 3 mile run on the road a see that it had blew a bit of hyd oil out the dipstick. The tractor also seems that it wont coast for long when you step on the clutch. In fact it seems to stop and hold as if the trans brake is holding. The clutch pedal does need to be set as it releases at the top and all the powershifts seem fairly smooth. I have another one of these style tractors, a 2294 and have run it for many years so i can tell the differences. Is there a vent that could be plugged and can the clutch and clutch brake be set. Aswell are there any preventative measures that can be taken to help with the longevity of this tractor. Thank you

Hello, I have not gotten any answers yet. I would still like some professional advice to point me in the right direction. A few ideas i have are if it is the correct oil and would a tech manual, or service manual be able to point me in the right direction, and where would i find these? Thank you.
