Hi sorry it took so long to be honest I forgot is was my fault.I found some info but I need the serial# XXXXX year if you have it and I will not forget this time again I am sorry.
model number of baler is kr125
serial number 341572 not sure of age
http://www.krone-na.com/1-294-0.pdfHere is a brake down of your baler parts diagram #6 part 6 is the guide for the string is this worn out.also look at the parts to see or show me were it is having a issue.
think the problem is in the chain in the cross carrier which carries the string across the bale
That is why I sent you the link because these things are touchy and any worn out part can cause your issue so you need to adjust and check for any slop in the system and replace worn parts and set up again according to instructions
Were you able to view link ok?
I feel like I'm letting you down I don't want to do that I want to help you better but I would need more specific questions or tell me the pages and what parts you need help with to determine your problem on this particular piece off equipment you need eyes on it and be able to check for excessive play and such. This is what you just replied to me [think the problem is in the chain in the cross carrier which carries the string across the bale] Is this a question or are you letting me know you found problem. That is what I'm talking about I need more info to help and I will do the best I can.So please be a little more specific with your replies
After much head scratching and a good power washing the problem seems to be lack tension in the chain. This could be of help to other people . Thanks for your help .
