The driver's seat used to move into the correct memory

Customer Question

The driver's seat used to move into the correct memory position once the ignition was turned on but it no longer does that and the settings have not been changed.
JA: Have you checked the battery lately?
Customer: Yes, the vehicle had a service a week ago. The battery is fine.
JA: What is the model/year of your Acura?
Customer: 2015 MDX
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, it is serviced at the dealership where I purchased it.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have two 2015 MDX and this is only occurring on one of them and it just started recently.

You may have to bring this to the dealer so they can diagnose it, you may have a problem in the memory seat module, and a dealer scan tool would be need to diagnose. This should be under basic warranty.
