Help please

Hi, I'm Chad. Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question and I will be posting your reply ASAP.

hey how are you

there is a a trunk actuator motor , it is common about going bad , you will need to replace if it clicks and want release

open the trunk wit the emergency handle , you can go thru back seat and pull on it and get some wd40 in spray in case it is jammed ,if it dont work ,you need to replace .

I sent you location of handle and trunk actuator/motor solenoid

Please let me know if you need anything else on it, just reply back and we will continue
