hi do you have the vin number and the radio serial number ?

Hold 1 and 6 on the radio then press the power button to turn on the radio while still holding 1 and 6, the serial number will be displayed on the radio. Write this down and the vin and let me know.
You will need to remove a few trim pieces to access, it on a sticker on the bottom of the radio.
On the bottom of radio.

The vin for the vehicle its on the dash there is a plate at the bottom of the windshield.
That did not work with that serial number.

Reenter the code, start when the error 1 message is displayed.
Disconnect both battery cables (positive and negative) and clamp or use a jumper wire to hold them together, turn key to on position and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then reconnect one at a time, positive first then negative. This should reset the system.
Then try to enter the code again.
Replace the radio.
