Customer Question

I'm trying to install the right side mirror housing on a 2012 Acura TL. Two questions: 1. How do I remove the old housing. 2. I have the backside of the housing off, but there appears to be two plastic pins holding the power mirror equipment that I can not get out. One pin just spins in place. Both pins appear to be holding the mirror side of the housing on. How do I get those weird pins out? Plus I pinched the head off of one. Where to find another one. Thanks.
