2015 Honda civicHonda tech only ,VSA is OFF cannot turn it on using the bottom for VSA
no cods on the EPS or ABS , VSAI have warning that TPMS is faulty , cannot communicate with TPMS module .speed sensors in all wheels working , I monitored them while driving , all reading same valuecar was minor front accident nothing near the tires , and TPMS and VSC used to work after the repair , but suddenly I have this issue

With the TPMS warning the VSA will not operate. the TPM system gets its information from the VSA module. Have you tried resetting the TPMS system?The first thing I would do is make sure the grounds are clean for the VSA/ABS module and all tires are the same size and pressure is correct.

there no communication with TPMS module as I mentioned , so I cannot reset itcan u share Pin layout for the VSA/ABS module so I can check the ground for the module

I will try to get you a pin out,right now Honda's site is down and I can not get in. You will not find a TPMS module since it is an indirect system using the wheel speed sensors for inputs.

another thing if there is open ground or any other fualt shouldn't this cause a code in the VSA/ABS module
