I have been getting a check engine light saying cylinders

Customer Question

I have been getting a check engine light saying cylinders 3,5,& 6 are misfiring. We changed the catalytic converter, o2 scensor, all new spark plugs, cleaned the egr valves and egr inside the manifold and replaced 2 coil packs. the car does feel better but light is still on and is reading misfires. What other possibilities can it be? Help!
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Oh sorry it an 2001 Acura TL 3.2
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Mechanics for Acura generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Have you tried adjusting the valves? have you done a compression test yet?
