Both low beam non-d headlights on my 2004 MDX will not come

Customer Question

both low beam non-hid headlights on my 2004 MDX will not come on. I checked the relays and fuses and bulbs all look good. No voltage at the bulb connector. What now?

Hello, I will try to help you with your concern . Please note that I am not standing in front of your vehicle. My diagnosis is a educated guess at best using all the information you provide. Leaving out important things you have tried, experienced or recent work performed only makes my job harder.

you have verified no voltage at both bulb connectors with a voltmeter?

I will guide you thru more troubleshooting procedures

My apologies. I was looking at the wrong bulb set (high beam instead of low). In the end I determined that both bulbs on the low beam were bad. Replacement fixed the problem. Thanks for your quick response.
