2004 Acura MDX Radiator was just replaced. Turned heat on

2004 Acura MDX
Radiator was just replaced.
Turned heat on and front heat very weak but rear heat very hot.What is wrong?

The coolant runs through a valve for the front heat and not for the rear. The first thing I would check is if the valve is operating properly. You can do this by watching the arm on the valve for movement as someone inside turns the heat from hot to cold. Watch and make sure the screw in the center of the valve also moves. If the screw does not move then the valve is bad. I have seen many of these valves go bad.

I think that might be the problem.The arm and screw are detached from each other.The arm spins freely around the screw that has corrosion on it.do you agree?
