we have an 2004 Acura TSX with a service code P0341. What is the problem. We have replaced already VTC Solenoid valves. Also cam and crank sensors were replaced.

Hi Sir or Madam, welcome. I'm acramstr. And I will be assisting you today. Check the timing chain tensioner. If the plunger is pushed out of the body more than about 13mm the chain is worn out. We see this in these from time to time especially when they have not had regular oil changes. Acura has a work sheet for testing this problem Here is a link to it.
