Hi Sir or Madam, welcome to Pearl.com. I'm acuramstr. Is the green key in the dash flashing when you try to start the car? do you have another key to try? Did you use a new factory Acura relay?
First of all the car is not here with me. My buddy has the car. He did say he put in a new acura relay and the fuel pump is working but he hasn't had a chance to check for the flashing key light yet. He does not have another key to try. Now I do have another question. I want to change the antenna immobilizer because when I try to start the car sometimes it just does nothing. Where is it located and how hard is it to change?
It is located around the Ignition lock and the part number is XXXXX it cost about $60.00. Here is a picture. It is not hard to change I downloaded the instruction for you http://imgur.com/NcIhh But you will need to remove the cover behind the steering wheel to get to it. (3 screws under the cover)

Acuramstr...thanks for all your help to this point. My next question is: How do I ohm out my ignition control module part number 30120-pr7-a01. What should I read from pin to pin?
Acura does not provide a direct test for the ICM only an input test . they depend on the pcm to determine the function of the transistors inside by feedback resistance through the whole system. So Basically if the inputs are there and the check engine light is not on then the system is ok.To be honest with you I have never seen one of these fail. I downloaded the instruction in PDF format for you click HERE .
