Hi Sir or Madam, welcome to Pearl.com. I'm acuramstr.I'm sorry about the delay I had to work today and I couldn't answer you. This could be a MICU unit in the driver side fuse box. We had an internal memo about this problem on these with a possible fix by disconnecting the battery (rarely works) But give it a try anyway. Here is the text of the memo . If you want the part number of the fuse box if you need it post back the VIN number and I can look it up for you.

Do a battery cable reset by disconnecting the battery negative and positive cables and connecting

them together with a jumper wire for

15 minutes.

4. Recheck power door lock operation using the keyless remote and the power door lock switch.

  • If the power door locks now lock, you're done.
  • If the power door locks still won't lock, replace the under-dash fuse/relay box

I tried the battery reset and it did not work. Looks like the next step is to replace the MICU. The VIN is 19UUA66294A023014.

I was afraid it wouldn't. The part number is XXXXX It runs about $200.00 Try a google search for a new part. I would not try a used one for fear of it having the same problem.
