Hi Sir or Madam, welcome to Pearl.com. I'm acuramstr. Put a long 17 mm wrench on the bolt in the center of the cam sprocket and push it back into position. It should go smoothly. DO NOT turn the engine . line all the marks up and put the belt back on making sure it is tight starting from the right side and ending at the tensioner.I downloaded the instruction in PDF format for you click HERE If there is anything else I can help you with let me know.

we have tried that already. the sprocket jumped way past the mark and now has a lot of resistance. all spark plugs are out as well
ok then turn the lower sprocket about 1/8 turn either left or right whatever way shows no resistance . set the cams at the marks and then slowly bring the lower sprocket back. Basically you are going to bring all the pistons down a little so the valves wont hit and then reset the cams and then bring the pistons back to position .
