What year a model and what has been dine to correct this
how many miles on the car?
Does it vibrate when braking or accelerating ?

Well, when I pull off and accelerating the steering wheel starts shaking and vibrating. It is a 1993 Integra RS with 136k miles. And at what RPM does this particular car idles at?

The base idle should be 700 rpm
ok so to understand you it happens while your under acceleration
I would have the inner axle joints inspected for excessive play which is real common on the early integras

The axle assy
if your able to Jack the car up and grab the inner joint and see which one has play then just replace that axle
most parts stores sell them for about 75 bucks with a exchange
