I can't update Quicken Premier 2017 without entering a Quicken ID. It rejects the Quicken ID and password ***** had thought was correct. It knows my email address, but the password ***** ***** to reset.The emails I get don't allow for password ***** Now what do I do?

Dear Customer,

A possible reason for the software rejecting you to get in is because your subscription has expired. In order to be able to upgrade, you may have to have paid first. This is most like to be the situation if you are pretty sure that your user name is correct.
