when i attach something, the error message popup, i can still succesful attach the file and continue using quickbooks and usual, but if i attach another file to another transaction, the system will shut down and i need to restart and attach that transaction. the same thing also happen when i export to excel the report. if i dont attach or export anything from quickbooks, in the computer B, i can use Quickbooks the same way as if from the original computer A. In computer A, very seldom i see this message when attach a file or when export to excel.

the error message does not say anything useful. just that there was a problem

My best guess from what you are doing is that it is a rights issue.

one way or another one of the computers does not have rights to the place where the attachment is or will be stored in quickbooks on the other computer.
