The reconcile task is not working correctly. It is not

The reconcile task is not working correctly. It is not picking up all of the deposits and if I have to add an entries that I had overlooked it will not pick them up either. This started while I was using Quicken 2016 so I updated to Quicken 2017 and the problem still exists. I have been using Quicken for years and have come to depend on it and I have never had a problem until now.
Please help!
