Have installed Quicken 2016. Install OK. Cannor Launch Quicken. Message pops up saying windows stopped working looking for solution.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Windows Vista. Have run Quicken on this computer for several years,
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
