To clarify, your quicken download data (banking transactions?) does not download data. Can you be more specific please? For example, Do you see an error message during the download?

Hit ctrl A to get the account list

then select each account that does not work and click edit

under online services tab

there should be a reset button that will allow you to reset the link between quicken and the bank

if not you can click remove and then add it back to online services again

you will need to know your bank ID and password

You might want to try them on the banks website if you have a problem. If you can't get into the banks website neither can quicken.
