If you have not done it yet
Try just rebooting the computer and redownloading the file and importing it again.
Also do the import from the file / import menu within quicken
You might also check to see whether quicken created a new account that it imported the transactions into. If it did let me know. At that point it is usually easier to keep this new account and rename it and copy the transactions from the old account into the new one.
