The first thing I want you to try is restarting your web browser. If your browser is frozen press Ctrl + Alt + Del and click on task manager. In that box click on your web browser and click end task. It may take a few minutes and you may have to click on end task a couple times, but it will close out.
Once it is closed, please restart your computer and try logging into aol again.
