Hi there and welcome Greg

Can you do the following please

  1. Close Quicken.
  2. Rename the wpr.dat file:
    • Windows XP
      • Right-click the Windows Start button, and select Explore.
      • From the Tools menu select Folder Options.
      • Click the View tab and select Show hidden files and folders (located under Files and Folders > Hidden Files and folders.
      • Click OK.
      • Double-click Local Disk (C:) > Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data > Intuit > Quicken > Config.
      • Right-click on wpr.dat and select Delete.
      • Reopen Quicken.
    • Windows 7 or Vista
      • Right-click the Windows Start button, and select Explore.
      • Select the Organize menu, and select Folder and Search Options.
      • Click the View tab and select Show hidden files and folders (located under Files and Folders > Hidden Files and folders.
      • Click OK.
      • Navigate to:
        • Windows 7: Local Disk (C:) > Users > "User Name" > Appdata > Roaming >Intuit > Quicken > Config
        • Windows Vista: Local Disk (C:) > Program Data > Intuit > Quicken > Config.
      • Right-click on wpr.dat and select Delete.
      • Reopen Quicken.
    • Windows 10
      • Right-click the Windows Start button, and select File Explorer.
      • Go to the View tab and click on Options.
      • Select Changes Folder & search options.
      • Go to the View tab. Select Show Hidden Files, Folder and Drives; if it's not already selected.
      • Click OK.
      • Navigate to:
        • Windows 10: Local Disk (C:) > Users > "User Name" > Appdata > Roaming >Intuit > Quicken > Config
      • Right-click on wpr.dat and select Delete.
      • Reopen Quicken.
