What TaxAct version did you used? Did you downloaded a program to your computer? Did you use free online filing? Did you created an TaxAct account?

I used free online filing and I have a taxact account

Ok. When you log into your online account you should be able to open your current year return. To get prior years you will need to buy additional service. That's the catch with the "free" online filing. It is very difficult to get copies when you need it and often you cannot print the return, only view it.

If your return was accepted by the IRS it might be easier to get IRS transcript.
