Hello,My name is***** and I look forward to helping you today.Does your bank account automatically download the transactions? If so, you may want to try updating Quicken and see if that helps.If it doesn't manually download or you have already refreshed Quicken, what you will need to do is print out your bank account transactions and compare them to Quicken one by one and make sure all transactions are accounted for. I would do this month by month to make sure you don't miss anything.I have also noticed that sometimes Quicken downloads things twice. An example would be making a credit card payment from your bank account or it downloaded a deposit and you already received the payment in Quicken. If that is the case you can delete the duplicate transaction and it should balance out, but you are of course going to have to go line by line. I like to put check marks by each transaction on the bank statement so I know it is in Quicken.I hope I’ve provided the information you were seeking.
