IRs.How can I get into the section where I can check this out??

In the case of that error, you are not alone.

I am not certain what 'section' that you are trying to get to, but a lot of the people that are having this issue are only able to resolve it with a direct phone call to the IRS and speak to a live person.

Call the IRS at 1-***-***-****. Do not push for refund it will send you to the automated check your refund, choose number 2, info about your tax account, listen to all options then select the one that says none of these are my topic, and you Should get a live person.
