I have been logging my information into Quicken and backing up after I'm done. But then I can't pull the current transactions up. It's like they have been deleted and I've had to start over on them 4 times. What is happening to my current file?

I'm thinking a call would be the best. MUCH easier to resolve and much faster. I'll send an offer. What year and release of Quicken are you using (there are many, even in the same year).
