Almost every time I try to download from Wells Fargo, I get

Almost every time I try to download from Wells Fargo, I get an error--ie have you changed this account lately? Then I have to disconnect and reconnect online services in order to download, using Express Web connect. the same happens, though not so often, with TD bank.

kind of strange that it works when you reset it but that reset doesnt stay

i think that you would probably have to re install the software itself using a clean install

but first try checking the database for errors
