I have been locked out of Turbotax excess tries to log into

I have been locked out of Turbotax for failed excess tries to log into my account. My problem, to begin with, was changing my password. Now, every time i attempt to sign in, I get a notice to try again in 15 minutes, to no avail after 15 minutes. What should i do?

I'm sorry about the issue. It looks like you have forgotten your TurboTax account password. Have you tried the following:

- Click on the website below:

https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

, then there, enter your email address

, then click on Continue and follow the instructions there in order to reset your TurboTax account password.
