Initially in setting up my chart of accounts, I believe I made the mistake of labeling my AR account type as Accounts Receivable and not Other current asset. Upon attempting journal entries from time to time and merging of accounts, it will not let me as it's not recognizing said Accounts Receivable as same type of account with others.
